Move from the home screen to the exact plan, takeoff, or quote needed.
Steps
- Choose Start a takeoff for the PDF launchpad or use Last takeoffs to resume recent plan work.
- Search projects, filter by tags, pin priority work, and paginate through the active list.
- Switch to Archived to restore a project, or Shared with you to open an accepted external collaboration.
- Open a project for its Plans, Takeoffs, Quotes, totals, tags, share, collaborator, and archive controls.
What to expect
- The Projects page stays quick to open; the takeoff editor loads only after you choose a plan.
- Projects are available after you sign in to an active workspace.
- All action failures surface as readable errors.
- Tags belong to projects; the product does not claim a separate general-document tagging system.
- Tags are case-insensitively deduplicated and limited to five per project; pins are personal to the workspace member.
