Plan and billing access
Choose Pro or Max, complete checkout, open the billing portal, and track status, allowance, renewal, and AI-token use when your role permits it.

What you'll accomplish
Start or manage a subscription and understand the workspace's current AI-token allowance and usage state.
Steps
- Open Settings → Billing when your capability permits it and review plan, status, trial/renewal timing, and allowance.
- Read the AI-token meter; at 80% it warns, and exhaustion explains that token-consuming AI actions are unavailable until allowance resets or billing changes.
- If authorized, choose among the plans, capacity options, and billing periods currently displayed.
- Start the card-required checkout, or open existing billing management when the workspace exposes portal access.
- Use success, cancelled, or error copy to determine the next action.
What to expect
- Non-billing administrators see a clear administrator-required message.
- Checkout and billing management always open for the current workspace.
- A payment card is required for the 14-day trial; cancel before day 14 to avoid the selected subscription charge.
- Estimating work is blocked only when the workspace subscription requires action.
- The portal is the supported path for payment method, invoices, and subscription management.
- Self-serve capacity choices are Pro 50K/100K and Max 150K/300K/500K/900K with monthly or annual billing; annual is labeled 2 months free.
- Trial allowance is 50K on Pro or 100K on Max, and an unmetered plan says AI tokens are not metered.
