Save state
Show saved, saving, and failed states while keeping work visible and letting you retry without losing it.

What you'll accomplish
Identify the affected step and follow the message on screen to continue safely.
Steps
- Access: complete the verification, workspace setup, invitation, membership, or billing action shown on screen.
- Plan: retry with a readable supported PDF/image after upload or render error.
- Save or AI takeoff: click Save failed — Retry or use the related AI error message.
- Legend/Search more: confirm AI-token availability, eligible symbol/name/template context, and read the no-new-match or failure notification.
- Totals and export: retry missing pages for either output; set the scale to populate measured CSV quantities and to create a quote.
- Costing import/calculator: correct mapping or skipped-row input, split files above 500 valid rows, and resolve required calculator fields.
- Quote or shared link: correct invalid fields, make sure the latest edits save, check expiry or password settings, then retry.
What to expect
- Editor work stays visible when a change fails to save.
- Counts-loading and counts-failed are not represented as zeros.
- Unexpected or permission-related failures show a safe message with a next step.
- A revoked public quote says Quote link unavailable; a network failure offers Retry without claiming the link is revoked.
