- Use Last takeoffs for recently touched plan work.
- Use a project folder's Plans section for project-owned uploads.
- Open a plan to enter its editor URL and current page.
- Use Sheets and pager controls within the document.
What to expect
- Plans, takeoffs, and quotes are separate project-folder rows.
- A stored document rehydrates its page image, items, and scale when opened.
- The /documents address directs users back to Projects rather than exposing a general document library.
- Read, upload, preparation, and page-coverage failures surface visibly.
Good to know
Documents are focused on plan PDFs and images. Invoices, receipts, contracts, RFIs, permits, and general-purpose folders are not currently supported.
