Pending AI groups rise to the top and can be accepted or dismissed individually or in bulk.

What you'll accomplish
Run plan detection and verify every result before using its quantity.
Steps
- Open a saved plan and choose Run AI takeoff.
- Watch job stage and per-page progress.
- Review streamed detections by page and label group.
- Optionally press N, draw around a printed legend, confirm the token-consuming extraction, and review Legend rows.
- Accept, dismiss, rename, recategorize, Search more, or adjust geometry before export.
What to expect
- AI output maps into the same TakeoffItem model as manual geometry.
- Pending detections are dashed/dim and appear first in the Items dock.
- A confidence value may appear on a row, but an estimator still decides whether to accept or dismiss it.
- Legend extraction produces plan context and gaps; it is not generic OCR into a document database.
Good to know
AI takeoff measures plan geometry. It does not extract vendor, invoice, receipt, payment, tax, OCR, or general form fields into a document database.
