What you'll accomplish
Connect the extension to the intended workspace and choose the right export or sharing option for your work.
Steps
- Start the connection inside the BuildVision AI extension so it opens a valid request link.
- Sign in when needed to connect the extension; workspace or billing issues in the main app do not block this connection screen.
- With one active workspace, let BuildVision AI connect it automatically; with several, select the intended workspace.
- After Connected appears, close the window and return to the extension.
- Use CSV for whole-document takeoff rows.
- Use Export to quote for accepted AI and manual quantities.
What to expect
- An invalid or incomplete connection link is rejected with a clear message.
- The connection screen never exposes sign-in credentials and explains what to do when no workspace is available.
- CSV, quote export, public sharing, and logo upload each keep their own completeness, save, validation, or permission guards.
Good to know
The current connection supports the first-party BuildVision AI extension. A third-party integrations directory, generic webhooks, automation builder, accounting sync, cloud-drive sync, and messaging connections are not currently included.
