Steps
- Projects: Start a takeoff, Last takeoffs, pins, up to five deduplicated project tags, filters, archive restore, Shared with you, collaborators, and totals.
- Takeoff: ratio calibration, N Legend extraction, M comments, auto-name, Search more, rotation, context actions, clipboard/duplicate, collapsible groups, and honest zero-result reasons.
- Activity: global unread/date-grouped notifications, durable AI/Search more jobs, progress, cancel, failures, and deep links.
- Costing: CSV/XLSX/XLS mapping/import, searchable rates, and 28 Business/Materials/Roofing/Sitework calculators with selected-result quote creation.
- Quotes: blank or active-template creation, editable composition, From Costing, project assignment, share revocation, markdown customer review, and Download PDF.
- Account: member removal, project invitations, billing allowance/AI-token meter, warnings, portal, and access boundaries.
