What you'll accomplish
Use the current currency and enter a valid quote tax rate.
Steps
- Set workspace Currency in Settings → Workspace.
- Open the specific quote and enter its tax rate between zero and one hundred.
- Review per-line tax aggregation in the quote footer.
- Resolve invalid input before share or send.
What to expect
- Quote tax is calculated per line and summed.
- A workspace tax default may apply when line taxes are zero; the quote footer shows the effective amount.
- Currency formats the quote; it does not imply multi-currency conversion.
Good to know
BuildVision AI does not currently include tax jurisdictions, compound or exempt rules, per-item taxability, tax reports, or exchange rates.
