- Open a quote and use only the status actions offered by the builder.
- After the latest changes save, send or share the quote and watch it move through viewed or a customer decision.
- Use the shared quote's decision banner as the customer outcome.
What to expect
- An unfamiliar quote status remains visible as a read-only label.
- An expired quote cannot be sent or accepted.
- The quote list tells you when more recent results exist beyond the current view.
Good to know
BuildVision AI does not currently include a multi-reviewer quote approval inbox, quote-level internal comments, approval policies, or approval assignments. Plan-pinned comment threads are a separate shipped collaboration feature.
