Read plan, takeoff, and quote status without assuming a task-management module.
Steps
- Open the project folder and inspect the status chip on each Plans, Takeoffs, and Quotes row.
- Use update time and page/item counts to choose the relevant takeoff row.
- Open the row for detailed work rather than editing status from the folder.
- Use quote status actions in the quote builder where supported.
What to expect
- Each project row shows the status currently saved with that item.
- The project screen is a folder, not a schedule or task board.
- Missing rows have explicit next-step empty copy.
Good to know
Projects do not currently include stages, tasks, assignees, dependencies, checklists, or a task board.
