Steps
- Open the project quote that represents the current priced scope.
- Edit affected line description, quantity, or unit price and review totals.
- Adjust tax, discount, or valid-until date only when the commercial change requires it.
- Wait for Saved, preview, then resend or create a current share link.
What to expect
- BuildVision AI groups rapid edits into one save and stops sharing if the latest changes cannot be saved.
- Only the status changes currently available for the quote can be selected.
- Customer accept/decline happens on the public quote, not in the project folder.
Good to know
BuildVision AI does not currently create a separate numbered change order, approval log, contract-value reconciliation, or change-order PDF.
