What you'll accomplish
Invite, resend, cancel, or remove workspace access and know when project sharing is the narrower choice.
Steps
- Open Settings → Team with manage-users capability.
- Invite a work email as Employee, Manager, or Admin.
- Review member status and pending invitation expiry.
- Resend or cancel an invitation, or confirm removal for an existing member.
- Use a project folder's Share action—not Team—when another company only needs fixed view-only project access.
What to expect
- Profile data is read-only in the current settings surface.
- Invitation acceptance can require sign-in or account creation.
- Workspace switching lists role, membership status, and subscription state.
- A duplicate pending invitation produces a specific notice instead of creating an ambiguous second invite.
Good to know
BuildVision AI does not currently include attendance, timecards, crews, workforce scheduling, certifications, payroll, or field-worker profiles.
