Refund Policy

1. Summary

BuildVision AI offers a 14-day free trial with no charge if you cancel before it ends, plus a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge after the trial converts. After that window, you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.

2. Free Trial

Your 14-day free trial is fully cancellable at any time before it ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. A valid credit card is required to begin the trial; we use it only to process your first charge after the trial period if you choose not to cancel.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your trial converts to a paid subscription and you change your mind, you can request a full refund of that first paid charge within 7 calendar days of the charge date. No questions asked.

This applies only to your first paid charge. Subsequent monthly or annual renewal charges are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@buildvisionai.com from the email address associated with your account. Include:

• Your account email
• The invoice number of the charge you'd like refunded

We confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within one (1) business day. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing billing@buildvisionai.com. After the 7-day money-back window for your first paid charge, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — your subscription remains active until then. We do not prorate refunds for unused portions of a paid period outside the 7-day window.

If you have a billing concern, believe a charge was made in error, or are considering a chargeback, please email billing@buildvisionai.com first. We resolve good-faith billing disputes directly and quickly — typically within one business day. Contacting us first is the fastest way to a resolution.
