Build Vision LLC operates BuildVision AI. Construction plans and project documents can be sensitive, so we treat access, sharing, and service-provider handling as practical product responsibilities. No internet service can promise absolute security.
2. Private Project Data
Private construction plans and project documents are processed to provide and improve the features you request. This can include using plan content, takeoff outputs, and review corrections to test and improve specialized BuildVision AI takeoff models and workflows that serve customers. We do not sell private plans or use them to build general-purpose foundation models.
3. Access and Connections
Supported website and application traffic uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Account, workspace-membership, and role checks limit product access to authorized users. Customers control who they invite and remain responsible for protecting their own sign-in methods and devices.
4. Service Providers
We rely on providers for functions such as hosting, email, payments, and document or AI processing. A provider's controls or certifications apply to that provider; they do not make BuildVision AI certified. Our Privacy Policy explains when providers may receive Personal Data.
5. What You Can Do
You can help protect your workspace by:
- Using a unique sign-in method and protecting access to your email account
- Inviting only people who should see the workspace
- Reviewing team access when roles or projects change
- Reporting unexpected access or suspicious messages promptly
6. Report a Security Concern
Email security@buildvisionai.com. Put "Security report" in the subject line and avoid including passwords, payment details, or full private documents in the first message. We will assess the report and communicate as required by applicable law.
